Cancellation, Rescheduling & Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment at Gaia Lodge Aesthetics, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your final service total.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund of the 20% deposit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours are considered late and are not refundable. The deposit will be retained to cover the reserved time.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule once without penalty if the request is submitted at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit will transfer to the new appointment.

Reschedule requests made within 48 hours are treated as late cancellations, and the deposit will be forfeited.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice is considered a no-show.

All no-shows result in the automatic forfeiture of the 20% deposit.

A new deposit will be required to rebook.
